Couples & marriage therapy

Find your way back to each other.

Whether you’re caught in the same argument, rebuilding trust, or feeling more like roommates than partners, we help couples reconnect — with proven therapy and, if you wish, the strength of your faith.

You might recognize…

Struggles we help couples move through

The same argument, over and over
Growing distant, or feeling unheard
Rebuilding trust after betrayal
Constant tension over parenting or money
Losing intimacy and connection
Wondering whether to stay together
How we help

A calm, fair space where both of you are heard

Eduardo creates a balanced space where neither partner is the villain. Using evidence-based couples work, you’ll uncover the patterns beneath the conflict, learn to communicate without it escalating, and rebuild the trust and closeness that first brought you together.

If faith matters to you, it can anchor the work — reflection, prayer, and shared values woven in at your pace. If it doesn’t, the clinical care stands entirely on its own.

Common questions

Couples therapy, answered

Do we come to sessions together?
Usually, yes — most of the work happens with both of you in the room, though occasional individual sessions can help along the way.
What if only one of us is ready?
That’s common. Starting on your own is a valid and effective first step, and partners often join once they see it helping.
Is faith part of every session?
Only if you want it to be. Faith is offered, never imposed — the clinical work stands entirely on its own.
Do you offer sessions in Spanish?
Yes. Eduardo works fluently in both English and Spanish.
How long does couples therapy take?
It depends on your goals, but many couples begin noticing shifts within the first several sessions.
Is this in-person?
Yes — in our welcoming office. Telehealth is available when you need it.

Your marriage is worth the first step.
